Please read below to get started.

PULLING PROCESS:

  1. There is a 20% service fee (Calculated by the total order) the day you pull product (non-negotiable or refundable). If you are unable to return the items by the specified date, please contact us to arrange an extension so that you do not lose your deposit. A late fee of 10% per day may be added to the original rental fee.
  2. For all pulls, we also require a full deposit, that you will get back once the project is complete. This is generally in the form of a credit card authorization.
  3. As security, bleumi will keep the credit card number on file. Any lost or damaged items will be invoiced accordingly at full retail price to the credit card.
  4. If you would like to pull more than 10 pieces, please speak or email us directly for a case-by-case evaluation. bleumi reserves the right to approve all pieces individually.
  1. We ask that all items be returned in the same condition it was in when it left the store. Tags may be detached if needed.
  2. Pictures will be taken of each item pulled before checkout to insure the pieces are returned in its respective state.
  3. You must fill out the application form below completely (email us at info@bleumi.co) - if your submission is accepted, a member of our team will reach out to arrange the pull appointment.
  4. You agree to take full responsibility and care for all items whilst in your possession.

CONTENT:

  1. Must submit 5 - 10 photos after the shoot that we can publish on our social channels.
  2. Must tag bleumi visibly in all social media posts in the photo on social posts.
  3. Must credit bleumi for wardrobe (ie. Stylist: John Doe, Wardrobe: bleumi)
  4. The signor will give bleumi full credit in print, online, social media or on television.
  5. A copy of the publication in which the item will be used will be sent bleumi if relevant.
  6. bleumi reserves the right to use the images for its own promotional purposes across all social media channels.

RETURN POLICY:

  1. The item/s must be returned in the same condition in which they were received by the RETURN DATE. This includes labels and price tags (tags may be detached if necessary) in original condition. Garments DO NOT need to be drycleaned (exclusions apply).
  2. Please try to refrain from detaching tags. If tags are detached, we suggest returning them in good condition. We encourage you to help lessen waste and treating Mother Earth with love :)
  3. Stylist will be charged full price for any missing or damaged items.
  4. All pieces must be returned within 72 hours (unless otherwise approved in advance).
  5. bleumi reserves the right to invoice full value for any items not received back by the agreed-upon RETURN DATE.

CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT:

  • Pieces provided by bleumi are to be used for the sole purpose of editorial shoots, red carpet events, and other events/appearances by the signor named below or talent.
  • The signor will give bleumi full credit in print, online, social media and/or on television. The credit must be as follows on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok: [Dress, Top, Bottoms, etc.] by bleumi; on print: [Dress, Top, Bottoms, etc.] by bleumi.
  • A copy of the publication, online, social media or television in which the item will be used will be sent to Co-Owners, Janelle Adviento & Giovanni Espinueva at info@bleumi.co
  • Janelle Adviento & Giovanni Espinueva reserve the rights to use the images for its own promotional purposes.
  • The signor agrees to take full responsibility and care of the listed items whilst in their possession.
  • The item/s must be returned in the same condition in which they were received by the RETURN DATE. This includes labels and price tags (tags may be detached if necessary) in original condition. Garments DO NOT need to be drycleaned (exclusions apply).
